03/11/2016 21:00 BST – Real Madrid v Galatasaray Odeabank Istanbul – Euroleague Betting Tips
The only team without a win so far in the Euroleague season travels to Madrid this midweek and it would be fair to say that the Turkish side are in for another difficult night. The Spanish side got back to winning ways last week in the competition and they’ll be keen to build some momentum. Madrid will always fancy themselves at home and Thursday night should only go one way.
Madrid have the historical edge in these clashes, having defeated Galatasaray four times. All of these games were played out in the Top 16 (in 2014 and 2015) and in the last clash of these sides, Madrid won by over 30 points. There may not be this margin of victory in Madrid on Thursday but the side from the Spanish capital are certainly scoring points this season. They are sitting with an average of 90 points per game, which leaves them lying third in rankings in this regard. Sergio Llull has offered up an average of 17 points per game so far this campaign, Jaycee Carroll has provided an average of 13 points per game and Anthony Randolph has provided an average of 11 points per game. Madrid has the players to hurt opponents.

Galatasaray desperately need a win
While the Spaniards have been scoring points, Galatasaray have been shipping points. The side from Istanbul has shipped an average of 98.8 points per game this season, which is the poorest record in the league. This is an area that Galatasaray will have to improve on if they are going to have any chance of grabbing wins and giving their fans anything to cheer about. Austin Daye is the current top scorer for the Turkish side, providing an average of 14.5 points per game while Justin Dentmon comes in with an average of 14 points. These players need to lead the way and inspire a big performance from all of their team-mates on Thursday.
You can see the hosts winning by a large margin and taking Real Madrid at -17, available at odds of 1.90, feels right for this game. With the Over/Under market, look to go UNDER 177.5 which is on offer at odds of 1.90. Bet Now!
