Saturday NBA Action Brightens Up The Weekend
There were some great Friday night NBA games, which we will recap, but looking forward, there are some excellent Saturday games which will offer up plenty of NBA betting opportunities.
The 76ers grabbed a home win against the Knicks, winning by 97-81 and the Heat defeated the Nuggets at home, winning by 108-91. The Cavaliers overcame the Pacers by a score of 95-92 and the Bulls defeated the Raptors by a score of 108-92. The Grizzlies grabbed a win in Dallas, winning 101-112 and the Wizards slipped to a defeat in Los Angeles, with the Clippers winning by 113-99.
The Magic grabbed a home win against the Blazers winning 111-104 in Orlando and the Nets were narrow winners in a lengthy one against the Bucks, winning by 129-127. The Hawks lost in another lengthy game, the Thunder winning 123-115. The Spurs held on at home to the Celtics, defeating the Boston side by 101-89 and the Kings were home winners against the Hornets, winning 101-91. The Golden State Warriors defeated the Pelicans by a score of 112-96.
Brooklyn Nets v Indiana Pacers
The Pacers are still in with a chance of making the playoffs and while the continued absence of Paul George is a blow, there is no point dwelling on the absence of the player. If the Pacers win this game they will move into the eight position in the Eastern Conference by themselves, which should provide them with all of the motivation they need for a game against what will likely be a tired opposition.
The Nets have a 28-39 record this season which includes a road record of 16-20. The Nets won their most recent game, a Friday night win against the Bucks, 129-127 and they have a 4-6 record in their last 10 games.
The Pacers hold a 30-38 record this season and they have an 18-16 record at home. They have however lost their four most recent games, including a Friday night loss in Cleveland, slipping 95-92. The Nets don’t have any notable injuries and leaving the Pal George situation aside, the Pacers have concerns over George Hill, David West and Ian Mahinmi.

Chicago Bulls @ Detroit Pistons
The Bulls expect Taj Gibson to return and they have high hopes of taking the Central Division title. The Bulls also expect Jimmy Butler to be back quite soon and the Bulls are looking to continue a strong winning run against a Detroit Pistons who have tailed off in recent weeks. The Bulls dipped behind the Cavaliers when they endured a 1-5 run but with players coming back to fitness, there is positivity surrounding Chicago once again.
The Bulls hold a 42-28 record this season and this includes a 20-14 road record. They have won their two most recent games, including a Friday night against the Raptors. The Bulls are 5-5 in their last 10 outings.
The Pistons hold a 24-44 record this season and this includes a 13-21 record at home. They lost on Wednesday night in Philadelphia, with the 76ers winning 94-83. The Pistons have a 1-9 record in their last 10 games and will be low on confidence for this game.
