The Cavs lost in Indiana, with the Pacers triumphing 93-86 and the Pistons lost at home to the Knicks, the New York side winning by 115-121. The Raptors were thumped at home by the Golden State Warriors, the final score ending 89-113. The Rockets held on at home against the Nets, winning 102-98 and the Grizzlies lost out at home to the Clippers, the Los Angeles side winning 79-97.
The Spurs got back to winning ways, defeating the Kings in Sacramento by a score of 96-107 and the Lakers defeated the Bucks by a score of 101-93 in Los Angeles.
Detroit Pistons @ Washington Wizards
At the start of the campaign, the Pistons were well acquainted with the disappointment of losing basketball games, a feeling that the Wizards know all about at the moment. The team will be playing their fourth game in five evenings, and when you are on a terrible run of form, the games coming thick and fast can be a good thing, but only if you get a win to change the rut. If you continue to drop games, the feeling gets worse in a short period of time. The Wizards take on a Pistons team that they have already lost to in the past week. Will this game offer the Washington side a chance of redemption or will it see them falter yet again?

The 18 wins away from home represents 10 wins more than the Timberwolves have achieved all season, with the side from Minnesota holding a 13-44 record, with a 8-21 status at home. The Timberwolves come into this game on the back of a defeat and they hold a 5-5 record in their last 10 games.
As you would expect, the Grizzlies have an advantage for average points scored and average points allowed. For average points scored, the Grizzlies lead 99.8 to 97.7 and for average points allowed, the Memphis side have a 95.6 record compared to a 105.6 record for the Timberwolves. The Grizzlies lost at home to the Clippers on Friday night, 79-97 and the Timberwolves lost in Chicago, the Bulls running out 96-89 winners.
