Great game in Arizona tonight, with the two best teams in the West – so far at least – crossing their swords.
The Suns (17-3) welcome the Warriors (18-2), with the gang led by Chris Paul and Devin Booker counting 16 consecutive victories (!) and the Golden State of the “artist” Steph Curry coming from 7 consecutive wins.
Three nights ago, Monty Williams team got away with a close victory from Brooklyn (113-107 over the Nets). Booker (30 points) and Paul (22 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists) shined once again for Phoenix. Bridges’ contribution was double-double from the experienced tall McGee (10 points, 10 rebounds), 13 points and 7 (!) steals.
Out of action for the Suns are rolists Kaminsky and Saric.
On the other hand, everyone in Oakland moves at the pace of an incredible Steph Curry (28.6 points, 5.8 rebounds, 6.8 assists), who seems determined to lead Golden State again until the end of the road…
And all this with coach Steve Kerr not having at his disposal injured stars Andre Iguodala, Klay Thompson and James Wiseman. Important tall Draymond Green is doubtful for tonight’s clash in Arizona.
