The Bucks (15-9) woke up for good! They have nine wins in their last 10 games and they climbed to 3rd place in the East. Two nights ago, they took full advantage of the Heat’s absences a
nd easily prevailed (124-102) at the Fiserv Forum. In fact, in this match they played without their leader Giannis Antetokounmpo (27.6 points, 11.8 rebounds, 6 assists per game), who suffers from some annoyances and is doubtful for tonight’s match. Also, Mike Budenholzer has not had the injured Brook Lopez (C) and Donte DiVincenzo (G / SF) at his disposal for a long time, but in the last few days he has added two additional “weapons” to his quiver: the high quality tall DeMarcus Cousins and the veteran shooting guard Wesley Matthews, who returned to the Bucks after a one-season absence (Lakers).
The talented Cavaliers are one of the pleasant surprises of this year’s regular season, at least so far. With a record of 13-11, they are in 7th place in the East, with coach JB Bickerstaff doing a great job.
